-Identify and implement strategic opportunities to amplify the brand reach and grow audiences across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)
-Ensure social media strategy and goals align with the Group’s strategic plan
-Plan, co-develop and implement monthly calendars for each account in collaboration with business teams and senior management
-Collaborate with content team, designers, and business teams to create compelling social media posts (content, ad copies, collaterals, blogs, and videos)
-Create and manage the social media activation strategies align to Schoolnet Group’s campaigns, philosophy, and special moments being celebrated by our teams and customers
-Create brand toolkits to promote digital awareness
-Ideate, create, and publish unique, engaging & personalised content on Group’s social media pages on a daily basis
-Implement tactics such as polls, trivia, and experiences to generate engagement
-Stay up to date with current social media trends and incorporate as appropriate to stay relevant
-Monitor comments on posts & DMs and respond to create engaging discussion, answer questions, and resolve issues
