· Preparation of MIS, Budgets, Variance Analysis and segment wise Profitability statements
· Finalization of accounts , monthly books closing and preparation of financial statements
· Consolidation of financial statements
· Preparation of Management testing of ICFR and coordination with Statutory auditors for Audit
· Preparation of Projections, CMA and other requirements of Banks and lenders
· Income tax matters including filing of ITR, Computation of Income, filing of appeals, rectification applications etc
· Supervision for PAN India GST matters including monthly and annual returns, reconciliations etc
· Revenue and Receivables controls including various MIS, management reporting etc
· Analysis of Direct and Indirect Costs and recommending efficiencies
· Financial analytics of various ratios and other parameters
· Understanding of IND-AS MIS required
· Experience in ERP implementation will be considered an added advantage.

• Act as a Single Point of Contact between Client and Team (e.g. Project Manager, Developer, Tester, Accounts Team etc.)
• Collaborating with Client, Developer and QA team to effectively document business processes
• Creating and developing functional system requirements for improving performances, quality, external interfaces, and constraints
• Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
• Understanding stakeholder briefs clearly and propose suitable solutions in consultation with the team
• Maintain the SRS documentation during the course of the project
• Understand and manage change requests
• Able to do Manual Testing of application in coordination with QA
• Able to deploy Patches on clients UAT and Production
• Provide clear, consistent and timely messaging; both verbal and written; within the team and to technology and business leadership; facilitate effective and timely meetings

• Contribute to business growth by supporting revenue targets and executing sales plans
• Identify and explore new business opportunities in target markets
• Research prospective schools and build a strong lead pipeline
• Understand the K-12 EdTech domain and effectively present solutions
• Manage leads and drive them through the sales cycle
• Conduct school visits, product demos, and client meetings
• Organize presentations, workshops, and engagement activities for students and stakeholders
• Support in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into closures
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate data and reports
• Travel within the assigned region to expand outreach, including remote areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
